Do you offer any walk-in or COD service?

No. We do not offer any walk in, pick up or COD services and all transactions will have to be done online.

Can you indicate a different content or value on the package?

If you would like us to indicate the item as “gift” or a different value on the package, you can do so by telling us:

1. via email prior to shipment

2. indicate your request under remark

While we will do our best to accomodate your request, there are times when we are unable to do so due to tight shipping time. As a result, we shall not be held responsible for any consequences for failing to indicate a different value or content.

NTSC or PAL?

NTSC - National Television Standards Committee. Colour Video Signal, North American and Japanese television standard - 525 Lines, 60Hz.

PAL - Phase Alternate Line Colour Video Signal standard for most of Europe, Australia and the Middle East - 625 Lines, 50Hz.

How do I make payment for the Remote Area Service Charges by DHL Express?

1. Prior to your purchase, check on the DHL website to confirm if your destination falls in such area.

2. Proceed to checkout as per normal and make payment.

3. If your destination unfortunately falls in such area, we will contact you again via email for additional payment. Note that you will not be require to make such payment upon checkout even if your destination belongs to a remote area as classified by DHL Express.

Is there additional charges for using DHL Express?

The rate for shipping via DHL Express displayed in your shopping cart is inclusive of fuel surcharge and security charges imposed by DHL Express.
