It depends on the method of your shipment.
Non-registered Air Mail
If you choose to ship your item via non-registered air mail, we are unable to issue any refund.
Registered Mail
If you do not receive your item after the estimated period, we will raise an enquiry with Hong Kong Post on your behalf. Hong Kong Post will then launch an investigation with your National Postal Office. During this period of time, your National Postal Office may contact you for more information. If the investigation concludes that the item is lost in transit, they will compensate you accordingly up to a maximum of HK$320 or approximately USD$41 at their discretion. The compensation will be sent to us in the form of a cheque and we will reimburse you the full amount given by the post office.
Note that this investigation may takes up to 3 months upon enquiry. We will constantly get in touch with Hong Kong Post regarding the status and update you via email.
A similar procedure applies if your item is damaged in transit with one exception. You will need to raise an enquiry with your local National Postal Office instead because the damaged item is required as evidence and they will conduct an investigation.
